Recently, one 800kw trolley electric resistance furnace that is installed in famous company in zhengzhou, china, has been finished and put into trial start, and the result proves it is successful, which is a batch furnace ,and this furnace is mainly to provide quenching, annealing, normalizing heat treatment types and holding ,cooling to metal products.
This furnace is matching used with furnace temperature control cabinet, Which can realize automatically or manually controlled on working temperature and mechanical action.

Ambient temperature: 5 ~ 50 ℃ relative humidity: ≤80%
Main structure: This trolley electric resistance furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace door and lifting mechanism, heating element, trolley, trolley driving device and intelligent electrical control system.
