Trolley annealing furnace

1. Introduction

Trolley annealing furnace adopts electricity, natural gas or heavy oil as the fuel to heat the workpieces. The workpieces or materials are carried into and out of the chamber by the trolley, which is controleld by one motor and reducer, this kind of trolley furnace is widely used for annealing during heat treatment process ,after modification .

The trolley annealing furnace that we produces can meet the requirement of various annealing process, the application of human-computer interaction system on the furnace increases the controllability of the annealing process.

For furnace with natural gas ,the application of high speed burner ensures the temperature increases to the best annealing temperature according to the requirements of workpiece heat treatment.

2. Structures

Consists of furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace door and furnace door lifting device, heating element, trolley and trolley driving device, sealing mechanism, electric control system and so on.

2). The insulation material is ceramic fiber , which with fast temperature rising, energy saving and so on.

4). The sealing between trolley and furnace shell can be fixed sand sealing, flexible sand sealing, moved sand sealing, Labyrinth sealing, Motor-driven push-rod type sealing, and Cylinder pressure tight sealing and so on.

5). The furnace zones quantity, burner quantity and location designed reasonable to ensure temperature uniformity.

6). Burning system consists of imported components, pulse burning control.

7). Using high efficient heat exchanger, with high waste heat utilization rate, low energy consumption.

8). Furnace pressure is automatically controlled, to ensure the furnace with good temperature uniformity, and small gas consumption.

9). The furnace can also be specially designed with heavy oil for some countries,such as india and others.

Trolley annealing furnace aims to annealing heat treatment for large castings, welding parts,steel structural workpieces,forgings and so on.
