Industrial furnace is the key part of heat treatment, the installation and debugging is rather important after fabrication, at present, we have two normal installation and debugging ways:

1.   For small furnaces, they will be installed and debugged in our factory, after arriving the site, the end customer will connect the electricity according to the electrical schematic diagram we provided, and then carry on baking process, after all these, the furnace can be put into operation.

2.   For middle and big furnace, namely ,car bottom electric resistance furnace ,bogie gas furnace and son on ,the installation and debugging should be undertaken at local site, and some extra necessary help should be provided by the end user ,for example, skilled workers with welding skills are required to assist the installation. The skilled man power required for installation, erection and commissioning shall be made available at sit, and addition equipment or tools required to be prepared by buyer will be advised prior delivery.
