Pit carburizing furnace

1. Introduction

Pit carburizing furnace atmosphere is obtained by dripping methanol, acetone and dilution air .The control system can automatically adjust enrichment medium and dilution air volume according to the requirement to get the best carburizing atmosphere.All process parameters sets of the pit type carburizing furnace is controlled by programmable carbon control instrument, carbon control instrument calculate the carburizing atmosphere carbon potential on base of two variables, say,temperature, oxygen potential , and automatically closed-loop control enriched gas drip amount and balanced air ventilation volume , protecting very good for our carburizing process.

2. Structure

It consists of furnace shell,furnace lining,heating element,furnace cover,furnace lifting device,intelligent electronic control system and son on.

3. Features

1).The fan is controlled by variable frequency, which has small impact on current of power grid, and the operation is more stable.

2).The refractory fiber is ceramic fiber block, with good heat preservation effect, fast temperature rising, it can save energy by 20% - 30% compared with brick lining.

3).If it is damaged by mechanical collision, it only needs local modification, repairing, replacement, and can be put into application after repaired without heating the empty furnace.

4).Adopt circulation fan within the furnace to stir the air in the furnace

5).The heating element is heating Using iron chromium electrothermal alloy, its temperature can reach 1400 ℃,with small proportion, and high resistivity .

6).Save space, compact design brings more saved space, if your space do not allow more space for the equipment, you can choose to bury the equipment underground.

Pit carburizing furnace mainly provides round casting, long and thin axle parts with carburizing heat treatment environment,to improve the surface quality of the workpiece.
