1. Introduction

4). The sealing between trolley and furnace shell can be fixed sand sealing, flexible sand sealing, moved sand sealing, Labyrinth sealing, Motor-driven push-rod type sealing, and cylinder pressure tight sealing and so on.

5). The furnace zones quantity, burner quantity and location designed reasonable to ensure temperature uniformity.

6). Burning system consists of imported components, pulse burning control.

7). Using high efficient heat exchanger, with high waste heat utilization rate, low energy consumption.

8). Furnace pressure is automatically controlled, to ensure the furnace with good temperature uniformity, and small gas consumption.

9). The furnace can also be specially designed with heavy oil for some countries,such as india and others.
