Pit annealing furnace

1. Introduction

Pit annealing furnace is widely applied in the annealing heat treatment process.

Structures:It consists of furnace shell,furnace lining,heating element,furnace cover,furnace door lifting device,intelligent electronic control system and son on.

2. Features

1).If it is damaged by mechanical collision, it only needs local modification, repairing, replacement, and can be put into application after repaired without heating the empty furnace.

2).The refractory fiber is ceramic fiber block, with good heat preservation effect, fast temperature rising, it can save energy by 20% - 30% compared with brick lining.

4).Adopt circulation fan within the furnace to stir the air in the furnace, to strengthen the internal gas flow, effectively increase the furnace temperature uniformity.

5).Seismic resistance performance is good.

6).Good temperature controllability, temperature control precision can be up to ±10 ℃

7).Furnace internal temperature partition piecewise control can be realized.

8).Good corrosion resistance, especially effective for sulfur-containing atmosphere and those that is polluted by sulfur-containing substance.

9).The furnace door lifting adopts hydraulic hoist, electric hoist, to control the opening and closing, with better gas tightness,and now the furnace can be made into round and polygonal, oblong, and other forms according to the requirements of different customers, furnace can load at the same time one or more different containers or artifacts.

Pit annealing furnace is mainly used in annealing treatment for circular castings, all kinds of slender rods, steel wires, automobile spare parts , motorcycle spare parts, standard parts , and so on.

Such furnace can also be made into deep pit furnace according to the actual requests.
