Pit tempering furnace

1. Introduction

Pit tempering furnace is energy-saving cycle operation furance, which is used for tempering general metal parts in the air and quenching, annealing, aging heat treatment for aluminum alloy castings ,piston, aluminum and other light alloy parts.

Structure: It consists of furnace shell,furnace lining,heating element,furnace cover,furnace lifting device,circulation fan ,intelligent electronic control system and son on.

2. Features

1).The refractory fiber is ceramic fiber block, with good heat preservation effect, fast temperature rising, it can save energy by 20% - 30% compared with brick lining.

3).Adopt circulation fan within the furnace to stir the air in the furnace, to strengthen the internal gas flow, effectively increase the furnace temperature uniformity.

4).The heating element is heating Using iron chromium electrothermal alloy, its temperature can reach 1400 ℃,with small proportion, and high resistivity .

5).Good corrosion resistance, especially effective for sulfur-containing atmosphere and those that is polluted by sulfur-containing substance.

6).Electrical control part is purchased from domestic famous brands, if they cannot meet your requirements, we can also supply you international famous brands, such as schneider, omron, and Siemens, etc.

Pit tempering furnace is mainly used in tempering process of quenching and tempering for heavy axial parts, small batch standard parts.

The fan on the roof allows the air in tempering furnace to circulate evenly and naturally to increase the temperature uniformity inside the furnace.
