Recently, the China Heat Treatment Association released the list of winners for the 2024 Heat-Treatment Industry Technological Progress Award. Tianli Thermal Equipment’s project of 6m×6m×25 (16+9) m Regenerative Gas-Fired Heat Treatment Furnace was selected and awarded the Second Prize of the Heat-Treatment Industry Technological Progress Award.
Developed and built around key technologies for stress-relief annealing of large-sized non-standard pressure vessels and welded components of various specifications, the product of this project is mainly applied in petroleum, chemical, coal-chemical, nuclear power and other sectors. It achieves the goals of intelligence, automation, energy conservation and consumption reduction in the heat-treatment production of parts for diverse types of equipment.
