Tianli pit-type electric furnace is a vertical top-loading industrial furnace for metal and alloy heat treatment. Partially or fully installed below ground level, it adopts cylindrical heating chamber. Heavy, long and bulky workpieces are conveniently loaded and unloaded by overhead crane. Electric heating delivers precise and uniform temperature across the furnace chamber.
Benefiting from Tianli’s manufacturing experience since 2003 and more than 200 national patents, furnace structure, refractory lining, circulating fan system and full electrical control system are independently developed and manufactured. Widely applied in metallurgy, aerospace, automotive, military and heavy-equipment industries. It can work as a standalone unit or form mass-production lines. Our products are exported to Russia, UAE (Dubai), Thailand, Vietnam, Oman and other countries, delivering customized complete-set solutions for global clients.
The pit-mounted layout allows overhead-crane loading from top of furnace. It is ideal for long shafts, bars and large cylindrical components. It saves floor space and simplifies material handling.
Cylindrical chamber equipped with optimized hot-air circulation system ensures well-distributed temperature field. Multi-zone closed-loop PID temperature control guarantees high accuracy and consistent quality for batch workpieces, preventing local over-heating or under-temperature defects.
Equipped with Tianli self-developed supporting electrical control system. Key components adopt industrial-grade brands including Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, Delta and Yudian(Xiamen). - HMI touch-screen operation, multiple stored recipes for annealing, tempering, carburizing and nitriding. One-click automatic process execution. - Comprehensive safety interlocks: overtemperature protection, thermocouple break alarm, furnace cover limit, overload protection and emergency stop. - Automatic logging of temperature curves and fault records, with data export function to meet traceability requirements for military and nuclear-industry projects. - Optional networking for multi-furnace upper-computer cluster monitoring for plant-wide management.
Furnace dimension can be tailored according to workpiece diameter, length and charge weight. Atmosphere system for carburizing / nitriding and rapid cooling unit are optional. Supported by long-term cooperation with research institutes and universities, Tianli provides professional process guidance, reliable after-sales service and long-term spare-parts supply.
