Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, China. Tianli Thermal Equipment focuses on the R&D, design and manufacturing of high-performance industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipment.
Our core product include bogie hearth furnaces, pit-type furnaces and gas-fired heating furnaces, a large scale annealing furnace for PWHT and other related equipment. Widely used in military, aerospace, nuclear industries, as well as industries such as head sealing, boilers, and hoisting machinery manufacturing. Featuring sturdy construction, accurate temperature control and stable thermal performance, all our products comply with industrial high-standard requirements.
Tianli Thermal has launched its overseas business in 2015,with products mainly exported to Russia, the UAE(Dubai), Thailand, Vietnam, and Oman and other countries. Backed by strong technical and production capabilities, Tianli employs over hundreds of staff, with more than 20% being professional engineers and technical personnel holding bachelor’s degrees or higher. We have established long-term strategic technical cooperation with leading research institutions and universities. We hold more than 200 national patents, consisting of 38 invention patents and 15 verified scientific and technological achievements,which drive sustained product iteration and guarantee high precision and long service lift of our thermal equipment.

We operate standardized, independent production workshops dedicated to sheet metal processing, precision welding, electrical assembly and complete machine commissioning. Our facility is outfitted with CNC cutting machines, digital bending equipment, automatic welding systems and professional temperature calibration instruments, which ensure precise dimensional tolerances and robust structural stability for all furnace bodies.
We maintain a dedicated assembly zone for large industrial furnaces, enabling full pre-assembly and testing to be completed domestically prior to shipment. Products can be disassembled into standard modular sections, facilitating cost-effective ocean freight and streamlined on-site installation at overseas sites, which drastically cuts down customers’ on-site assembly lead times. Supported by consistent annual output capacity, we offer flexible production scheduling to accommodate both high-volume bulk orders and bespoke custom single-unit heavy equipment requirements.

1. In-depth Requirement Analysis
We conduct full communication with customers to clarify working conditions, technical indicators and customized demands, ensuring all designs start from actual production needs.
2. Engineering Calculation & Concept Optimization
Based on customer requirements, our team completes professional calculations including heat balance, power distribution, temperature zone control and thermal insulation structure. Advanced simulation software is adopted to optimize temperature field performance and minimize heat loss before production.
3. Detailed Technical Design
We complete 3D modeling and full set of technical drawings covering furnace structure, refractory lining, electric heating system and intelligent control system. All details are strictly reviewed to meet international safety and quality standards.
4. Prototype Testing & Verification
Complete factory tests are carried out for temperature uniformity, heating speed, energy efficiency, safety performance and simulated operation. Only qualified products are approved for mass production.
